Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at tbae@dramabeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless it was our error. Please allow up to 30 days for your return to be processed, and please keep in mind that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your product arrived damaged we will do our best to replace it. Please email tbae@dramabeauty.com with the order number, your name, and a picture of the damaged product.Â
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) if opened, used, or damaged. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.

Gift Returns
If you are returning a Drama Beauty gift that you received by mail, please contact us at tbae@dramabeauty.com before mailing the item for return. Your refund will be in the form of an online store credit that you can use at any time on DramaBeauty.com.Â
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.Â
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation and Modifications
Unfortunately once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You can view your order and the total price in the Shopping Basket before you purchase.
Billing
If you receive error messages while entering your billing information during check out, verify that your billing information matches the information on file with your credit card. Ensure that your name, address, and credit card information matches.
