Domestic Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic U.S. shipping for orders of minimum $40. Free shipping is applied after all and any discount codes are calculated and your subtotal is at $40 within the U.S., or at $75 international. During storewide sales and special holiday sales where discounts have already been calculated to your order, free shipping does not apply. For orders under $40 U.S. standard shipping fees apply. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout in accordance with federal, state, and local tax laws. Please allow up to 1-3 days to process before shipment. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders during holidays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you by email. In the case you have multiple orders and have to ship your items separately, we will notify you by email and provide additional tracking information if necessary. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Orders with standard shipping usually take 5-8 business days. 

 

Taxes and Duties

All taxes and duties are calculated based on each country's regulations. Orders shipping on Delivery Duties Paid (DDP), means that all applicable taxes and duties are included during checkout, and no other fees will be collected when the package arrives to your destination. 

All orders to the European Union that exceed the value of €150, ship on Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), so applicable taxes and duties are not collected at checkout, therefore these fees will need to be paid by the customer at customs.

 

Shipping Weight Restrictions

For orders to countries that have shipping weight restrictions, you may need to split your order if you exceed the weight limits during checkout.

 

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, Political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man-made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
