Women in the Joseon Dynasty used rice bran water from finely milled rice on their skin, using it as a toner for a radiant milky complexion.

With 2% Niacinamide and 2% Squalane it balances oil and moisture while giving you brighter skin. Nourishing rice bran water (29%) is rich in amino acids, minerals, and Vitamin E to help keep skin moist and glowing. Ginseng root water (5%) which is full of antioxidants and vitamins, prevents collagen and elasticity breakdown, giving you younger and firmer looking skin.
